Procesul de legiferare în era digitală

The article analyzes the influence of the development of digital services and technologies on the legislative process. Technological developments cannot be ignored by the legal system or the legislative powers of states, and sooner or later parliaments and governments will need to provide the citizen with the opportunity to understand and participate in the legislative process, while eliminating complicated procedures. The author emphasizes that the unification, simplification, codification and digitization of legislation is inherent and vital to the functioning of human society in the digital age.

Articolul analizează infl uenţa dezvoltării serviciilor și tehnologiilor digitale asupra procesului legislativ. Evoluţia tehnologică nu va putea fi ignorată nici de sistemul juridic, nici de puterile legislative ale statelor, iar mai devreme sau mai târziu parlamentele și guvernele vor fi nevoie să ofere cetăţeanului posibilitatea de a înţelege și a participa în procesul de legiferare, eliminând procedurile complicate. Autoarea subliniază faptul că unificarea, simplifi carea, codificarea și digitalizarea legislaţiei este inerentă și vitală pentru funcţionarea societăţii umane în era digitală.
