Modernizarea justiţiei prin tehnologie

During the last decade, we are living under the influence of technology. Our activities are becoming more and more digitalized, and activities in the justice sector are no exception to this. However, compared to other fields, the representatives of the judiciary, being more conservative by nature of their occupation, often hesitate to accept or promote the use of technology. Thus, this article comes to support the effort to technologize justice activities, presenting results, arguments and experiences that demonstrate the benefits of modern technologies and identify prospects for future developments. 

Ultimul deceniu îl trăim sub amprenta tehnologiei. Activităţile noastre devin din ce în ce mai tehnologizate, iar activităţile din sectorul justiţiei nu sunt o excepţie în acest sens. Totuși, comparativ cu alte domenii, reprezentanţii domeniului justiţiei, fiind mai conservativi prin natura îndeletnicirii, ezită, de multe ori, să accepte sau să promoveze utilizarea tehnologiei. Astfel, prezentul articol vine să sprijine efortul de tehnologizare a justiţiei, prezentând rezultate, argumente și experienţe care demonstrează beneficiile tehnologiilor moderne și identifi că perspectivele de dezvoltări pe viitor.
