The article analyzes the situation of the entry into force of Law no. 173/2022 for the adoption of measures necessary for the implementation of Protocol no. 16 to the Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, adopted in Strasbourg on 2 October 2013 and signed by Romania in Strasbourg on 14 October 2014, in the context in which art. 8 of the Protocol indicates a date that can be determined according to certain criteria. On the other hand, there was adopted Law no. 172 for the ratification of Protocol no. 16 to the Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, adopted in Strasbourg on 2 October 2013 and signed by Romania in Strasbourg on 14 October 2014. As this law has no date of entry into force, this will be 3 days from publication.

Articolul analizează situaţia la data intrării în vigoare a Legii nr. 173/2022 pentru adoptarea unor măsuri necesare punerii în aplicare a Protocolului nr. 16 la Convenţia pentru apărarea drepturilor omului și a libertăţilor fundamentale, adoptat la Strasbourg la 2 octombrie 2013 și semnat de România la Strasbourg la 14 octombrie 2014, în contextul în care art. 8 din Protocol ne indică o dată determinabilă în funcţie de anumite criterii. Pe de altă parte a fost adoptată Legea nr. 172 pentru ratificarea Protocolului nr. 16 lar Convenţia pentru apărarea drepturilor omului și a libertăţilor fundamentale, adoptat la Strasbourg la 2 octombrie 2013 și semnat de România la Strasbourg la 14 octombrie 2014. Această lege, neavând specifi cată vreo dată de intrare în vigoare aceasta va fi la
3 zile de la data publicării.
