Privire de ansamblu asupra reglementării drepturilor copilului

The overflowing phenomenon of the regulation of children’s rights and freedoms reflects the responsible, constant and amplified concern of the international, European and national community for the diversification of regulations in the matter and the creation of effective tools for their operationalization.

I did not propose an exhaustive inventory and a systematic analysis of the regulations in the field. On the contrary, my approach is circumscribed to the presentation of the most important international, European, community and domestic normative acts that define the legal regime of children’s rights and freedoms. To the presentation of the normative acts, I have added, by way of example, various instruments and initiatives carried out over time by public or private institutions for the practical implementation of the rights and freedoms of the child.

Debordantul fenomen al normării drepturilor și libertăţilor copilului reflectă preocuparea responsabilă, constantă și amplificată a comunităţii internaţionale, europene și naţionale pentru diversifi carea reglementărilor în materie și crearea unor instrumente eficiente pentru operaţionalizarea lor.

Nu mi-am propus un inventar exhaustiv și o analiză sistematică a reglementărilor din domeniu. Dimpotrivă, demersul este circumscris prezentării celor mai importante acte normative internaţionale, europene, comunitare și interne care jalonează regimul juridic al drepturilor și libertăţilor copilului. La prezentarea actelor normative am adăugat, cu titlu exemplifi cativ, diverse instrumente și iniţiative realizate în timp de instituţii publice sau private pentru transpunerea în fapt a drepturilor și libertăţilor copilului.
