ABSTRACT
The study presents a perspective regarding the positive consequences of aplying the GDPR on phenomenon of fake news and fake informations, such as establishing a new mechanisem for engaging the reponsibility of those that promote, elaborate or supply so-called fake-news.

REZUMAT
Studiul prezintă o perspectivă simplă legată de consecinţele pozitive ale aplicării GDPR asupra știrilor și informaţiilor false, cum ar fi stabilirea unor mecanisme suplimentare de angajare a răspunderii celor care promovează, elaborează sau furnizează așa numitele fake news.
